Returns, Exchanges & Package Protection
We are committed to the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unwashed, unworn, and includes the original tags.
Only items paired with the correct packaging and return label will be accepted. Items sent incorrectly, using the wrong label, or that fall outside our return criteria will not be returned or refunded. This includes "final sale" items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items marked "final sale."
Additionally, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on face masks or coverings, balaclavas, compression bottoms, underwear, or socks.
US & Canada
U.S. and Canadian customers will have the option to add Prepaid Returns at checkout. If selected, ASRV will cover the cost of all returns and exchanges. If not selected, customers will be responsible for purchasing their own return label to send the item back.
In both cases, ASRV will cover the cost of shipping any exchange items back to the customer.
All Other Countries
At this time, we do not offer Prepaid Return Labels for customers outside the U.S. and Canada. As a result, international customers will be responsible for purchasing their own return labels through our return portal.
While return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, ASRV will cover the cost of shipping any exchange items back to you.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
